2. IDO Participation
The Q4 2025 IDO on Uniswap aims to raise £10M by selling NCC tokens at $0.033 each. Participation is subject to:

KYC/AML checks via Blockpass, ensuring FCA-compliant anti-money laundering measures.
A 24-hour cooling-off period for retail investors, with refunds available via ncc.green.
Acknowledgment that NCC is an unregulated cryptoasset in the UK, not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

3. Intellectual Property
